My Experience With Bloodborne as a First-Time Souls Player
As a Souls novice, Bloodborne kicked my butt. Repeatedly. The Learning Curve The studying curve became steep. I died time and again trying to parent out the fight, the level layouts, and the enemies. But with every demise, I got a touch better. I began timing my dodges and parries efficiently, getting to know enemy assault patterns, and finding shortcuts. Facing Fearsome Foes Some of the bosses, like Father Gascoigne and Vicar Amelia, were regarded as insurmountable in the beginning. But after suffering for hours, their defeat was wholly thrilling. The mix of tasks and praise in Bloodborne is intoxicating.

Finding Help From Fellow Hunters
When things were definitely tough, I used the Beckoning Bell to summon fellow hunters for jolly cooperation. Helping different gamers go back and talk in impromptu gesture conversations added moments of levity to the awful streets of Yharnam.

The joy of discovery
Exploring the unknown in Bloodborne piqued my curiosity. What nightmarish creature was lurking in the other corner? What secret path did I still have open? Every new place was exciting, even if I met a horrible end. The hunger compelled me to discover all the secrets Bloodborne held.
Every new place was exciting, even if I met a horrible end. The hunger compelled me to discover all the secrets Bloodborne held.
By the end, I was living in Yharnam and I did die. Though the road was painful, the rewards of overcoming each challenge and unleashing the ugly story of the game made it an unforgettable journey. My experience with Bloodborne taught me that sometimes the sweetest wins come right after the most painful defeats. If you’re up for the challenge, the hunt awaits, good hunting.

Top 5 Most Difficult Bosses that have killed me multiple times
These bosses handed me my butt on a silver platter more times than I can count. But after many people got upset and came back for more punishment, I finally won.
1. Father Gascoigne
This fox priest was one of the first bosses I met, and boy did he work me up for it. His strength and ranged attacks with that arrow smashed through my solid health before I could even land a blow. I died at least 50 times before I learned to stop him from hitting me and to use a music box to surprise him. How quickly he was finally beaten!

2. Trouble Amelia
This towering beast gave me nightmares with its screams and wild shakes. His ability to heal meant I had to be extremely aggressive to have a chance. I tried fire bombs, Molotovs, and serrated weapons, but he always bounced off me and knocked me to the ground. I’m just grinding my character to level and making my fortress.

3. Ebrietas, daughter of the universe
To this day, he is the strangest and most alien creature I have ever met. This sky baby blasted me with lasers and knocked me down with its incredible muscles and slug-like body. His erratic movements and long-range attacks made him almost impossible to evade. Honestly, I don’t know how I beat it on sheer joy and the skin of my teeth.

4. Ludwig’s Cursed/Holy Sword
This terrible two-dimensional boss was the problem of my life. His wildness with big swipes would destroy me instantly. And if I survived it, his pure cut range with quick slashes and AOEs gets the job done. It was only after hours of studying his moveset and collaborating with other hunters that I was finally able to conquer this hunting legend.

5. Orphan of Kos
No old man has killed me more times than this howling creature. His speed, aggressiveness, and reach meant that the slightest mistake meant certain death. He tried every method and weapon in the book to no avail. But after breaks and determination set in, I achieved the impossible: defeating the Koss orphan in a battle that lasted over 10 minutes, using up nearly all of my blood bags. The rush for victory is incomparable. My journey through the Bloodborne nightmare was complete.

The satisfaction of finally beating that impossible boss
Nothing feels quite as satisfying as finally defeating the boss you’ve killed so many times in Bloodborne. Whether it’s a giant Cleric Beast you encounter early on, wily Hunter bosses, or nightmarish creatures in Chalice Dungeons, overcoming these challenges is as urgent as any other.
